As the seasons turn toward spring and summer, the valley fills again with light, touching rock, water, and open space with renewed presence. In this shifting clarity, familiar forms are seen differently as shadow, color, and distance soften and reassert themselves in new ways.

The works in this collection carry that same openness and attentiveness. There is a steady awareness of place throughout, of the Western landscape and the way light defines its edges without ever fully containing it.

A reminder that light does not simply illuminate what is already known, but offers a way of returning to it again.
